Ingredients

1 pkg yeast

2 cup warm water

1 tablespoon sugar

4 cup flour

2 teaspoon salt

1/4 cup butter, melted

Preparation

  • Dissolve yeast in water.

  • Sprinkle with sugar and let stand 15 min.

  • Combine flour and salt in bowl.

  • Stir in yeast mixture.

  • Let rise, covered, 30-60 min (or til doubled) in warm, draft-free area.

  • Press dough into greased 11x13 in pan. Cover and rise 30-60 min.

  • Drizzle w/butter. Sprinkle w/sea salt and any herbs (ie Italian seasoning).

  • Bake 20 min at 400, then turn down to 300 and bake 10 min longer.
