Ingredients
1 pkg yeast
2 cup warm water
1 tablespoon sugar
4 cup flour
2 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup butter, melted
Preparation
Dissolve yeast in water.
Sprinkle with sugar and let stand 15 min.
Combine flour and salt in bowl.
Stir in yeast mixture.
Let rise, covered, 30-60 min (or til doubled) in warm, draft-free area.
Press dough into greased 11x13 in pan. Cover and rise 30-60 min.
Drizzle w/butter. Sprinkle w/sea salt and any herbs (ie Italian seasoning).
Bake 20 min at 400, then turn down to 300 and bake 10 min longer.
