Ingredients
1 cup white flour
1 cup whole wheat flour
1 tsp salt
3 1/2 tsp baking powder
2 TBS light brown sugar
1 large egg
3/4 cup vanilla soy milk
3/4 cup 1 or 2% milk
1/2 cup water (add more as needed)
1 or 2 TBS butter
1 or 2 TBS olive oil
1 tsp vanilla
Preparation
Combine and cook as you would any pancakes from scratch. No need to add butter or oil to pan . Also not necessary to beat the egg first. The batter should be quite thick.
I top with maple syrup and berries.
