Ingredients

2 cups prepared biscuit mix

1 tablespoon dried onion flakes

1 teaspoon parsley flakes

3/4 cup milk

2 tablespoons melted butter

Preparation

Place all the ingredients in a bowl and stir lightly with a fork until the mixture is blended and smooth. Spoon batter onto simmering stew, cover tightly and continue simmering for twenty minutes, undisturbed. Yields ten dumplings.
