Ingredients
1 cup white sugar
1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 large egg white (the more whites, the fluffier)
1/2 cup boiling water
Preparation
Start mixer immediately after adding water. Beat until fluffy (probably 5-9 minutes).
