Ingredients
2 cups peanut butter
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup sugar
2 large eggs
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. kosher salt
(1 1/2 cups rolled oats optional)
Preparation
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Line 2 baking sheets w/parchment. In a large bowl mix peanut butter, sugars, eggs, baking soda and salt until smooth. Shape dough into balls and place 2 inches apart. Using the tines of a fork, make criss cross patterns on top of cookies to flatten. Bake 10- 12 minutes.
