Ingredients
1 lb semi-sweet chocolate
1 c half-&-half
2 sticks butter
1 T vanilla
8 egg yolks
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350. Whisk chocolate into HOT half & half until it melts and is smooth. Whisk in butter and vanilla. Beat egg yolks in medium bowl, slowly whisk chocolate mixture into egg yolks. Bake in a greased springform pan for 30 min. Center will be soft.
