Ingredients

185g Chocolate

120g sugar

150g Almondmeal or hazelnut meal

150g Butter

2 tbsp water

5 eggs, separated

Preparation

Line a springform cake tin

Preheat oven to 180c (medium high)

Melt chocolate and water in microwave or double boiler

Blend in food processor: melted chocolate and water, chopped butter, almondmeal and HALF of sugar

Add egg yolks one by one, keeping whites in a separate bowl

Separately, beat 5 egg whites with remaining sugar

Add a small amount of egg white mixture to blended ingredients to lighten

Combine two sets of ingredients in one bowl, folding to combine

Bake until cooked
