375 oven Coat 2 mini muffin pans greased Combine choc and butter in bowl set over simmering water. Stir until melted Off heat whisk in granulated sugar,vanilla,expresso powder Whisk in eggs Sift cocoa over top and whist until smooth Divide batter among pans and bake 8-12min. Cool in pans 10 min Dust with xxx sugar
