Ingredients

2 tablespoons butter

2 tablespoons flour

1 cup milk

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon pepper

1/4 teaspoon paprika

Parmesan cheese

4 flounder fillet

Preparation

  1. To prepare sauce: Melt butter, add flour, 1/2 of the milk and spices over medium heat. Stir well and add remaining milk and stir until thick.

  2. Pour over fish and top with grated cheese. Bake at 400 F for 20 minutes.
