Ingredients

–6 ears corn, cooked for two minutes in boiled water and removed from the cob

–1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved (colorful and heirloom varieties work beautifully)

–2 lbs new potatoes, as small and as fresh as you can find them, in any color, steamed until just tender

– 1/2 c olive oil

– 1/4 c basil, chopped

– 1/4 c red wine vinegar

–salt, pepper
