1/4 cup finely ground expresso-roast coffee beans

2 tbsp sweet paprika

2 tbsp dark brown sugar

1 tbsp dry mustard

1 tbsp salt

1 tbsp ground black pepper

1 tbsp dired oregano

1 tbsp ground coriander

1 tspn ground inger

2 tspn chile de arbor powder or cayenne (optional)
