Ingredients
2 boneless flat iron (should top blade) steaks, halved
2 tsp fajita seasoning
15 oz can black beans, rinsed and drained
1/3 cup bottled barbecue sauce
3 roma tomatoes, sliced
Preparation
Brease and preheat grill pan over med-high heat. Sprinkle steaks with fajita seasoning. Grill steaks for 8-12 mins, turning once halfway during grilling.
Combine beans and barbecue sauce. Microwave on high for 3 mins, stirring once.
Serve with beans, tomoatoes and corn bread.
