Ingredients
1 C water
1/2 C rice milk
1 C garbanzo flour
1 C soy flour
4 organic eggs
2 T rosemary, ground
2 clove garlic, minced
2 T salt
1/3 C raw sunflower seeds, ground fine
1/3 C raw pumpkin seeds, ground fine
Preparation
- Combine all ingredients until clumps have dissolved.
- Pour batter onto oiled griddle.
- When pancakes begin to bubble, flip and cook on other side until lightly browned.
