Ingredients

1 C water

1/2 C rice milk

1 C garbanzo flour

1 C soy flour

4 organic eggs

2 T rosemary, ground

2 clove garlic, minced

2 T salt

1/3 C raw sunflower seeds, ground fine

1/3 C raw pumpkin seeds, ground fine

Preparation

  1. Combine all ingredients until clumps have dissolved.
  2. Pour batter onto oiled griddle.
  3. When pancakes begin to bubble, flip and cook on other side until lightly browned.
