Ingredients

1/2 c vegetable oil

1/4 c soy sauce

1/4 c honey

1tb garlic powder

1tb ground ginger

1 flank steak

Preparation

combine above ingredients in a blender. Blend on high for 10 minutes. cut flank steak across the grain into 2 inch strips. put flank steak into a gallon sized ziplock bag and pour marinade into bag. Squeeze out air to make sure marinade covers all of the meat. Marinate 24 hours in the refrigerator. Grill over high heat 5 minutes per side for medium rare.
