Ingredients

2 lb flank steak

1/2 cup vegetable oil

1/4 to 1/2 cup soy sauce

1/4 dry sherry

2 tbls grated fresh ginger root

1 tbls fresh tangerine rind

4 cloves garlic (crushed)

Preparation

place steak in shallow baking dish

combine oil, soy sauce, sherry, ginger root, tangerine, and garlic

marinate for at least 5 hours

grill 6 to 7 min a side

pour remaining marinade over steak when you turn the first time… (not at the end… )

slice and serve hot..!!
