Ingredients

2 lbs. flank steak

4 tablespoons sesame oil

2 tablespoons vegetable oil

3 tablespoons fresh minced ginger

1 tablespoon minced garlic

3 tablespoons minced green scallions

dash of sugar

Preparation

  1. Puree all ingredients until smooth
  2. Prick steak with fork 20X each side
  3. rub marinade on steak/ cover with saran wrap/refrigerate for up to 24 hours
  4. Use papertowel and wipe off paste.
  5. Season both sides with salt and pepper
  6. Brown 4-6 min. high heat
  7. 2nd side 3-4 min.
  8. Put in foil tent for 5 min.
