Ingredients
2 lbs. flank steak
4 tablespoons sesame oil
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
3 tablespoons fresh minced ginger
1 tablespoon minced garlic
3 tablespoons minced green scallions
dash of sugar
Preparation
- Puree all ingredients until smooth
- Prick steak with fork 20X each side
- rub marinade on steak/ cover with saran wrap/refrigerate for up to 24 hours
- Use papertowel and wipe off paste.
- Season both sides with salt and pepper
- Brown 4-6 min. high heat
- 2nd side 3-4 min.
- Put in foil tent for 5 min.
