Ingredients
1 cup teriyaki sauce (I typically use tamari sauce)
1/3 cup orange juice
1 clove garlic crushed
1/2 onion chopped
1/3 cup honey
1 tablespoon sesame oil
salt + pepper
garnish w/rosemary and orange slices
Preparation
Place meat into a glass dish. Salt and pepper both sides. Set aside.
Place sauce ingredients in a bowl (or you can put it directly into a gallon size ziploc bag). Please meat into bowl or bag. Cover bowl and marinate in refridgerator for more than 2-4 hours, overnight is best.
