Ingredients
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons lemon juice
½ teaspoon DRIED cilantro
1 tablespoon finely minced fresh ginger
1 pound flank steak
Preparation
Stir marinade ingredients together in a large glass baking pan. Add steak and turn to coat. Cover and marinade in fridge for 2 hours; turn steak over after 1 hour.
To broil steak: preheat grill. Grill approx. 3 - 4 minutes a side, then test for doneness.
Meanwhile, microwave leftover marinade to a boil.
Serving suggesion: Serve meat sliced over steamed white rice and pour leftover marinade over all.
