Ingredients
1/3 cup soy
1/3 cup Sherry
1/4 cup Dijon Mustard
1 Tablespoon peeled ginger finely grated
1 Teaspoon finely chopped garlic
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 1/2 lb. flank/skirt steak
Preparation
Combine all. Marinade in plastic bag no longer than 2 hours as ginger will break down texture of meat. Drain and grill.
