Ingredients
4 eggs
1/2 L milk
250g sugar
Cinnamon stick or lemon peel
Caramel syrup
Preparation
Boil milk. Meanwhile, beat the eggs and mix in the sugar. When milk is boiling, add it to the egg mix.
Cover the bottom of the flan cups with caramel syrup, then add the flan mix. Put in oven at 180 C on a pan with water (baño Maria).
