Ingredients
3 eggs
2/3 cup sugar
2 tablespoons warm water
1 teaspoon vanilla
2/3 cup flour
2 teaspoon baking powder
Preparation
Separate yolks and whites of eggs. Beat yolks with 1/3 cup sugar, warm water and vanilla. Beat until frothy and wormy, about 2 minutes
Beat whites until stiff add 1/3 cup sugar gradually.
Fold sifted flour and baking powder with the egg yolk mixture and a small amount of the egg whites, then gently fold in the rest of whites. Just barely mix together.
Put mixture in oiled and floured two piece flan pan.
Bake at 325 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes or until top is golden brown. Let cool for 2 or 3 minutes, the loosen edges and turn out on powdered sugar dusted plate.
