Ingredients
1c sugar
4oz whipped cream cheese
2cans sweetened condensed milk
6 eggs
5 yolks
2 1/2c whole milk
1Tbs vanilla
Preparation
Carmelize the sugar and pour into a 2x10 round pan mix other ingredients and pour into the pan boil water to make a ban marie for the pan bake @350 for 1 hour. Chill in refrigerator for at least 3h, loosen sides and flip onto a plate
