                        box (14.1 oz) refrigerated Pillsbury™ Pie Crusts (2 Count), softened as directed on box

cup sugar

1/4

cup butter or margarine, softened

1/4

cup Pillsbury BEST® all-purpose flour

1/2

teaspoon ground cinnamon

1/2

cup finely chopped dates

1/2

cup finely chopped walnuts

1/2

cup flaked coconut

egg, beaten

Preparation

Heat oven to 375°F. Remove 1 pie crust from pouch; place crust flat on ungreased cookie sheet or pizza pan.

In large bowl, mix sugar and butter until well blended. Stir in flour and cinnamon. Stir in dates, walnuts and coconut. Spoon filling onto crust on cookie sheet; spread to within 1 inch of edge. Brush crust edge with water.

Remove second pie crust from pouch. Place crust over filling; crimp edge to seal. Brush top with beaten egg.

Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown. Cool 30 minutes. Serve warm or cool.
