Graham crackers

3/4 C. Heavy Cream

10oz Dark Chocolate

2 C. Mini Marshmallows

Preparation

Preheat oven to 400’ *Cut graham crackers to cover the base of an ovenproof cake stand or pizza pan *Place chocolate in a heatproof bowl *Bring heavy cream to a boil & pour over 10oz chocolate. *Mix until smooth; spread evenly over crackers *Cover with marshmallows & bake until browned (about 3 min) - YUM!
