Ingredients
Broth:
4 cups chicken broth
3 cloves garlic (crushed)
2 jalepeno (stripped)
2 limes
Chicken:
1.2 lbs chicken breasts cubed
1/4 cup kikoman teriyaki
1 tbsp soy
garlic powder
onion powder
Toppings:
Avocado
Cilantro
Green Onions
Preparation
Mix broth ingredients and bring to a boil. Squeeze limes over broth. Simmer for a bit.
Add chicken to saute pan and saute with other chicken ingredients.
Serve over rice with toppings.
