Ingredients

8 ounces bittersweet chocolate

8 ounces butter

6 eggs

3 ounces sugar

Preparation

Melt the chocolate with the sugar and let cool slightly. Whisk the whole eggs with the sugar until really, really fluffy, then add the chocolate mixture. Line a large spring-loaded tin with parchment, add the batter and bake at 350° for about twenty minutes. The cake should be moist and a little underdone inside.

Serve individual slices sprinkled with confectioner’s sugar.
