Ingredients
4 small snapper filets
1 T olive oil
2 tsp margarine
2 tomatoes, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
6 green onions, chopped
3 T soy sauce
dash Tabasco hot sauce
Preparation
Combine the following to make the sauce: 2 tomatoes, chopped 2 cloves garlic, minced 6 green onions, chopped 3 T soy sauce dash Tabasco hot sauce
Melt olive oil and butter in skillet. Saute snapper on first side, gently turn. Pour tomato mixture on top, cover, reduce heat and cook 15 minutes.
