Ingredients
½ lb fresh catfish (cheaper if buy nuggets or chopped pieces)
2 Tbl margarine melted - combine
¼ tsp ground cumin
1/8 garlic power
2 Tbl mayo
2 Tbl lowfat plain yogurt
1 tsp lime juice (bottled lime juice fine, just use a little more)
mix above 3 items with ½ c coleslaw mix
corn tortillas
Preparation
Cut fish into biteable pieces. Place on Pammed shall pan. Brush margarine mixture over fishy! Bake 450 4-6 minutes
When fish cooked and torillas heated place fish in taco and top with some slaw mix.
*If you buy package of slaw mix can use in green salads or make coleslaw for another meal.
