any firm fish 1 pound.flour or corn tortillas.

beer,flour.

Garnish: mangos, cilantro,fresh,jalapano,fresh lime juice, sour cream,red onion.

Preparation

cut fish into 1 inch wide strips. Coat in batter made of beer and flour(constancy of pancake batter). Fry in hot oil(350) till fish floats to the top.meantime make mango salsa. in small bowl,1 mango cut in cubes 10-12 sprigs of cilantro leaves only.jalapano chopped super fine. leave seeds if you like hot. or remove. wear gloves. juice from 1 lime,1/4 red onion. chopped fine.gently stir.warm tortillas place 2-3 stips of fish,dollop of sour cream and salsa.serve with spanish rice and a cold cervasa.
