Ingredients
1 lb. salmon or white fish
1/4 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. onion powder
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/8 tsp. dried oregano
1/8 tsp. dried thyme
1 TBS lemon juice
1 1/2 TBS melted margarine
Preparation
l. If using frozen fish, thaw 2. Preheat oven to 350 degrees 3. Separate fish into 4 pieces. Place in baking pan. 4. Combine paprika, garlic and onion powder, pepper, oregano, and thyme in small bowl. 5. Sprinkle herb mixture and lemon juice evenly over fish. Then drizzle melted margarine on top. 6. Bake until fish flakes easily with fork about 20 to 25 minutes.
