Ingredients
Fish 1 lb
Onions 2 (1 chopped)
Green chillies 6
Tomatoes 1 chopped
Cinnamon 1 medium size
Cloves 1 piece
Coriander powder 1 tsp
Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
Salt 1 tbsp
Preparation
1 Cut the fish into small pieces. Grind the first four ingredients 2 In a pan heat oil and season with cinnamon and clove 3 Add the onion and tomato and fry just a little bit(do not let it brown) 4 Add the ground ingredients and fry well 5 Add 1 cup water, close and let it boil for 6 to 7 mts 6 Now add the fish pieces and let it cook on medium and heat for another 5 minutes 7 Remove from the heat and here you can add 1/4 cup coconut milk and a few drops of fresh lemon juice, sprinkle cilantro and serve hot
