Ingredients
2 3/4 cups sauerkraut rinsed and drained
2 eggs
1/3 cup flour
1/2 cup scallion chopped
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
oil for frying
Preparation
Pat sauerkraut dry between paper towel. Stir in eggs, flour, scallions salt and pepper. Fry 1/4 cup amounts latten until golden. about 4 mins. Serve topped with fried kelbasa
