Ingredients

2 lbs. ground meat

1 med. onion, chopped

1 can (15oz.) black beans, rinsed, & drained

1-2 tbsp. chili powder

2-3 tsp. ground cumin

1/2 tsp. salt

4 flour tortillas (6")

1 can (10-3/4oz) condensed cream of mushroom soup, undiluted

1 can (10oz.) diced tomatoes and green chilis, undrained

1 cu. (4oz.) shredded cheddar cheese

Preparation

In skillet, cook meat & onion till tender; drain. Add beans, chili powder, cumin, & salt. Transfer to greased 13"x9" baking dish. arrange tortillas over the top. combine soup and tomatoes; pour over the tortillas. sprinkle with cheeze. bake, uncovered, @ 350’ for 25-30 mins. or till hot.
