Ingredients
1 1/3lb lean ground beef
2/3lb lean ground pork
1 package dehydrated onion soup
1/2 cup plain bread crumbs
1/2 cup finely ground celery (ground in food processor)
1 egg slightly beaten
1/3 cup A-1 Chicago Steakhouse Marinade
1/3 cup white chardonney wine
Preparation
Preheat outdoor grill to 350 degrees.
Place beef, pork, onion soup, bread crumbs and celery in a large bowl and combine.
Combine wine, marinade and egg in a seperate container.
Add liquid to the meat mixture and combine thoroughly.
Form into loaf and place into an aluminum pan.
Place pan on indirect heat side of grill and close lid for 1 hour.
Remove from heat and let cool for 30 minutes.
Remove loaf from pan and enjoy.
