Ingredients

1 Tablespoon of olive oil.

2 tablespoons of cumin

2 small jalopeneos

2 tablespoons of Cajun seasoning

1 can of swansons garlic chicken broth.

2 2 pound pork chops

4 slices of ciabata bread and 4 slices of turkey

Preparation

Put all the ingredients in a marinade bowl and let marinade over night. Once marinaded cook on grill in summer or grill pan or George Foreman in winter. Once cooked take off grill and place on a serving platter. Then grill ciabatta bread with turkey on until bread is crispy or the way you like it. Put onto a serving platter and bring to table to eat.
