Ingredients
1/4 lb extra lean ground beef
Cayenne pepper based hot sauce
Salt
Black pepper
Crushed red pepper
Preparation
- Form ground beef into patty shape.
- Soak patty in hot sauce until thoroughly soaked in on both sides.
- Add salt and black pepper evenly on both sides of patty.
- Sear patty in un-oiled skillet.
- Transfer patty to grill and cook to preferred done-ness.
- Transfer to bun and season with crushed red pepper.
- Add toppings and condiments to taste.
