Ingredients

1/4 lb extra lean ground beef

Cayenne pepper based hot sauce

Salt

Black pepper

Crushed red pepper

Preparation

  1. Form ground beef into patty shape.
  2. Soak patty in hot sauce until thoroughly soaked in on both sides.
  3. Add salt and black pepper evenly on both sides of patty.
  4. Sear patty in un-oiled skillet.
  5. Transfer patty to grill and cook to preferred done-ness.
  6. Transfer to bun and season with crushed red pepper.
  7. Add toppings and condiments to taste.
