Ingredients

4 Tbsp. butter

4 eggs

2 cups milk

3 Tbsp. sugar

half cup flour

half tsp. salt

Preparation

Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Melt butter in warming oven in a 13 x 9 pan til just melted. Mix rest of ingredients together. Pour into pan. Bake for 18 to 23 minutes or til edges are browned. Serve with syrup or jam. (I do both!)
