Ingredients

1/4 Cup (packed, dried) Bay Leaf

1/2 Cup De-stemmed fresh Rosemary

1 Tbsp. Summer Savory (Available at health food markets, better supermarkets)

Preparation

Place all ingredients in a spice (or coffee) grinder and chop until mixture resembles a coarse dry rub consistency. Lay out on a sheet tray and let dry for 1-2 hours before putting into a shaker with med./large holes.
