Ingredients
2 pounds fish fillets
2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
1/2 c freshly grated parmesan cheese
1/4 c softened butter
3 tbsp aioli (or mayonaise)
3 tbsp chopped scallions
1/4 tsp salt
dash of hot pepper sauce
Preparation
Place fillets in a single layer on a well greased baking pan. Brush with lemon juice. Combine remaining ingredients. Broil fillets about 4" from heat source for 4-6 minutes, until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork. Remove from heat and spread with cheese mixture. Broil 2-3 minutes or until lightly browned.
