Ingredients
7 tablespoons margarine
2 tablespoons chopped Italian parsley
2 pounds filet of sole
1/3 cup Italian bread crumbs
1 cup Gewurztraminer
4 tablespoons heavy cream
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
- Dot the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish with 3 tablespoons of the margarine.
- Sprinkle 1 tablespoon of the parsley in pan.
- Lay filet of sole in dish.
- Layer the remaining parsley and the bread crumbs over the sole.
- Dot with the remaining butter.
- Pour the Gewurztraminer over the top and season with salt and pepper.
- Bake for 15 to 20 minutes in a 350 degree oven.
- Add cream and serve.
